Holiday Recipe Cards

Hey all! I can't believe that its been over a week since the my last post. Alright, here are a couple Holiday Recipe Cards for you to use this season. These are printable and are 5X7 inches. If you are having company this season, most likely someone will compliment you on one or more dishes. Here is a tip: Print off several cards and fill them out with a couple of your signature dishes that are on the table. When a guest compliments you on the dish and asks if you would be willing to share your recipe, you will already have it waiting for them. The fact that you thought ahead will really sick out in your guests minds.

Violin Teacher Logos

Hey all! I have taken violin lessons on and off since high school. I love the violin. Out of appreciation for my teacher, I decided to design a logo for her. After I was done with that one, I text messaged a friend of mine who teaches and asked her if she wanted one as well. Things have been so busy these last few months at work and in my own life. but I have two new images for you of a couple different invitations that I did. One is for my parents 30th Wedding Anniversary party and the other is for a friend's Graduation Announcement.

Good Start In 2010

Hey all! I hope you all are doing well. This year has taken off so fast and I can't believe that we are almost through January already. I have continued to stay busy not only at my internship but at home while I come up with designs for my space on Zazzle's website. It isn't up yet, for the reason that I am in the brainstorming process of redoing my logo and identity package. That means a new site design as well. So I want to get that done before opening my storefront on Zazzle's site. I was invited to attend, as a guest of Garrett Nudd's, ImagingUSA/PPA this year which was held in Nashville, TN at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center. That was an amazing experience and I enjoyed all of the seminars and the Expo as well. All in all, its been a great start to 2010.

Merry Christmas!!

Hey all! I know it's been a while since I wrote. I really didnt have anything new until resent and then I got really busy. Well my prayers have been answered, I have a job now as well as I bought a new car. As well as I got involved with the Christmas Choir for church and designed the program for the "Lessons and Carols" which was for our Christmas program. It's Fall!!

Hey all! I am so excited that its Fall. I love this time of year. The crisp cool mornings, the shifting and blowing of the leaves, and you cannot forget raking leaves into piles and jumping in them (I haven't done that in years). After seeing Dio Selina's, one of my design inspirations, free October Calendar on her blog, I went back to one of my old drawings of a pumpkin I did in drawing class.


I took my drawing into illustrator and digitized it.

Self Protrait

Hey yall! Sorry it has been a while since I posted anything. I have been busy finishing up internship and moving back home. Before I left North Carolina, my boss sketched out a picture of me and scanned so that I could take it into Illustrator. I just thought I would share the vector image that I created from it.I have had fun practicing with the pentool. Thanks again Becky for the sketch, I cannot wait to see that baby.

Ashley and Jordan's Wedding Logo

Hello all! This summer my friends Ashley and Jordan asked me to design a logo for them to use on all of their wedding "products." They did not know exactly what they wanted, and asked me to just come up with stuff and then show them. That was hard for me because I was running out of ideas and asked Ashely to please show me some that she liked. She went to a blog of a graphic designer named Dio Selina, who is a wonderful graphic designer. Ashley found several that she liked and asked me to try and make something similar to those. Now we finaly have the logo done.Here is the logo, I am glad that we finally have something and now we can start on the save the date cards, invitations, etc.
