SNOW!!!!

The Walnut St. Bridge | Courtesy of The Chattanoogan

Hey all!! I was soo excited Friday at work when my boss told me that I could go home two hours earlier than normal. I was lucky to get home as my little rear-wheel-drive sports car drifted around every turn I had to make going halfway under the speed limit. It took a while to get up my driveway, as my dad was spreading ice-melting stuff and scraping the snow off the driveway with snow shovel, I got out of my car in my ALDOs (my mom refers to them as my snow skis) got another shovel and started scraping the ice as well. We eventually got my little car up the driveway.

I love how it looks when it snows, it makes the ugliest thing look pretty.

Good Start In 2010

Hey all! I hope you all are doing well. This year has taken off so fast and I can't believe that we are almost through January already. I have continued to stay busy not only at my internship but at home while I come up with designs for my space on Zazzle's website. It isn't up yet, for the reason that I am in the brainstorming process of redoing my logo and identity package. That means a new site design as well. So I want to get that done before opening my storefront on Zazzle's site. I was invited to attend, as a guest of Garrett Nudd's, ImagingUSA/PPA this year which was held in Nashville, TN at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center. That was an amazing experience and I enjoyed all of the seminars and the Expo as well. All in all, its been a great start to 2010.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to all! Hope that yall had someone(s) special to ring in the new year. We had our annual party at our house, smaller this year, but still just as fun. Yesterday was nice to be able to sleep in and spend the afternoon roaming through Barns & Noble with my lil big sister. Then I got to spend the evening with friends eating all the good luck food to insure good fortune for this new year.

Right now I am immersed in my new book that my lovely sister gave to me for Christmas. If you have followed my blog in the past, you know that my favorite author is Nicholas Sparks. His new book that came out this last fall "The Last Song" is amazing so far, and I am sure I will not be disappointed with the ending. I will keep you posted. Thanks sis!
